The concerts were inspired by the realisation that, while Maldon has plenty of cultural events, there is no regular classical music program. It occurred to us that the beautiful and historic Holy Trinity, Maldon would be the ideal venue for such concerts. We were fortunate to receive a partnership grant from Community Bank, Maldon and District to help cover the costs. Our hope is that the 'Holy Trinity, Music Concerts' become a regular fixture on the Maldon cultural calendar, and not only satisfy classical music lovers, but also provide an opportunity for people to engage with this style of music live for the first time.

There will be three concerts spread over the remainder of the year. The groups are all of a professional standard and have not played in Maldon before.

The groups are:

5th of August - Klemantyne Ensemble - Ballarat

9th of September - Consortium - Melbourne

11th of November - Bowerbird Collective - Adelaide

Tea and coffee will be offered after each concert.

Each concert begins at 2:30.

$30 a concert ticket or $80 for a program ticket. Kids attend free.
